Event Resource

  • Join Willow Bend to learn more about solar energy and ways to bring this cutting-edge science into K-12 classrooms! This full-day workshop will introduce the science of electricity and photovoltaic systems through hands-on activities, interactive games, and lectures / discussions hosted by Ryan Holtz, aerospace engineer and owner of Prometheus Solar. Participants will also receive activities to do with students of all ages, a so...lar-cooked lunch, and .75 continuing education credits!

  • The Arizona Game and Fish Department, in partnership with the NASA Educator Resource Center Network, is offering a free online educator workshop. You only need an internet connection and audio capability to participate.
