Do you have a desire to learn more about environmental education, the operations of an all volunteer run non-profit, and want to practice career-based skills?
AAEE Interns contribute their skills, talent and dedication in all aspects of our work—from planning, outreach, administration, teaching, events, newsletters and blogs, and more. An intern can also serve on AAEE committees and have the potential to be part of the AAEE Board of Directors. Internships can be short term, for school credit, and project-based or longer-term for building experienced-based leadership skills.
By interning, you’ll not only strengthen our organization, but enhance life and career skills for use as you move into your chosen field.
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
– Margaret Mead
